Amanda Foulkes

My yoga journey started over 20 years ago. I am a 200-hour Yoga Alliance RYT with additional trainings in Trauma-Sensitive, Weights, Chair and Touch. Having a dance background, I learned early the importance of breath and movement - and have always felt an emotional and spiritual connection to the two.

Now more than ever we need to stay connected and rooted. I believe a strong way to do so is through moving meditation. My goal in class is to help aid my students in the journey of keeping a balanced physical, emotional, and spiritual life.

 

When I’m not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find me chasing after my three energy-filled kids or exploring our new town of Greenville. Having relocated in September 2022, we have much to discover in this awesome art-filled town! I also enjoy camping, biking, paddle boarding, hiking – just about anything in the great outdoors.
